Grilled teriyaki chicken, cucumber, lime-pea mayo.
SLOW COOKED PORK BELLY BAO BUN
8 hours slow cooked pork belly, pickle daikon, house-made ginger soy.
WUU-YUU FRIED CHICKEN
Crispy and juicy fried chicken coated with almond & amp; pistachio and secret soy mayo.
(Spicy option available with an extra shot of Volcano Kochujang at no charge)
MANUKA SMOKED PORK SPARERIBS
Half-rack of tender, well marinated, full flavor, pork ribs.
Served with a side of fries and spicy parmesan dust and sour-cream.
PATHE’ BEEF
Seared NZ Tenderloin (level of wellness is your choice) served with crunchy quick cured onion, garlic, and sesame-racha dressing.
PRAWN & CRISPY PORK SALAD (VEGAN TOFU OPTION AVAILABLE)
Hand-peeled prawn and crispy pork salad with spring green, red radish, sunflower sprout, tossed macadamia, and spicy soy shoyu.

#WuSays: Bottomless Bubbles & Brunch is an R18 event only. You will be asked to present an approved form of ID prior to the session. 90 minute session begins at the confirmed booking start time. Late arrivals do not incur a late start time. We do not offer discounts for those who are not consuming alcohol as non-alcoholic beverages are served as part of the package. Maximum table size of 10 people. We reserve the right to stop serving you if intoxicated, complying with the Alcohol Act 2012. We offer free drinking water at all times and encourage drinking water in between alcoholic beverages. Guests will not be served more than one beverage at a time. All table members must take part.
