CHICKEN HAWKER ROLL
Sticky fried chicken, Vietnamese pickled seasonal vegetables, bang bang kewpie,
Asian slaw.

PORK HAWKER ROLL
Buttermilk battered pork belly, sweet maple mustard, hoisin sauce, chopped peanuts,
kewpie, Asian slaw.

KARAAGE CHICKEN
Chicken salt, bang bang kewpie, Asian slaw, fresh herbs.

CHICKEN BURGER
Wu fried chicken, lettuce, tomato, bang bang kewpie, onion rings, and shoestring
fries.

FISH BURGER
Beer battered fish, bang bang kewpie, lettuce, tomato, onion rings, and shoestring
fries.

BEEF BURGER
Gochujang slow cooked beef, Wu’s secret BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion rings, and
shoestring fries.

VEGGIE BURGER
Tofu, peanut sauce, char siu sauce, lettuce, tomato, maple syrup jackfruit, onion rings, and shoestring fries.

GREEN PAPAYA SALAD
Lychee, chili, chopped peanuts, shaved coconut, crispy shallot, rice powder, Thai dressing, shrimp chips.

PORK BBQ SPARE RIBS
Pork ribs, Wu’s secret BBQ sauce, Asian slaw, shoestring fries.

#WuSays: Bottomless Bubbles & Brunch is an R18 event only. You will be asked to present an approved form of ID prior to the session. 90 minute session begins at the confirmed booking start time. Late arrivals do not incur a late start time. We do not offer discounts for those who are not consuming alcohol as non-alcoholic beverages are served as part of the package. Maximum table size of 10 people. We reserve the right to stop serving you if intoxicated, complying with the Alcohol Act 2012. We offer free drinking water at all times and encourage drinking water in between alcoholic beverages. Guests will not be served more than one beverage at a time. All table members must take part.
